凉血汤治疗白疕血热证临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察凉血汤治疗白疕血热证的临床疗效。方法:将60例白患者随机分为2组,实验组30例,给予口服凉血汤(生地黄、牡丹皮、赤芍、玄参、槐花、白鲜皮、连翘、金银花、土茯苓、防风、蝉蜕、甘草)治疗。对照组30例,给予口服阿维A胶囊治疗。2组均以4周为1个疗程,用药2个疗程。结果:2个疗程后,实验组治愈率83.33%,总有效率为93.33%;对照组治愈率66.67%,总有效率73.33%。结论:实验组疾病治愈率和总有效率均优于对照组,凉血汤治疗白疗效确切。Objective：To observe the effect of blood cooling Decoction in the treatment of white Bi blood - heat syndrome clinical curative effect. Conclusion： the experimental group cure rate and total effective rate were bet- ter than the control group, blood cooling Decoction in the treatment of white Bi curative effect, is worth popularizing.
