摘　　要：介绍了RK-05催化剂在新能凤凰公司二期续建工程年产360kt甲醇装置中的应用情况,并针对存在的问题进行了改造,提高了合成气体中的氢含量,有利于保护催化剂,减少了副产物的生成,延长了催化剂的使用寿命。Describe RK-05 catalyst application in 360 kt/a methanol plant which is the second extension project.Methanol synthesis system process has been adjusted to solve the problems,so hydrogen content is increased to help catalyst protecting,the byproducts are reduced,and the catalyst life is extended.
