补阳还五汤对坐骨神经损伤大鼠足部皮肤温度的影响

摘  要:目的探讨补阳还五汤口服加药浴对坐骨神经损伤大鼠足部皮肤温度的影响。方法将60只损伤坐骨神经的Sprague Dawley大鼠随机分为实验组和对照组,每组30只。实验组大鼠用补阳还五汤口服加药浴治疗;对照组大鼠行温水浴。观察治疗后第6天及2、4、6周大鼠左后足部皮肤温度。结果治疗后第6天实验组大鼠左后足部皮肤温度为(31.78±0.13)℃,对照组为(31.07±0.11)℃,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);第2周实验组为(31.87±0.14)℃,对照组为(31.21±0.13)℃,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);第4周实验组为(31.89±0.11)℃,对照组为(31.21±0.11)℃,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);第6周实验组为(31.92±0.23)℃,对照组为(31.13±0.14)℃,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论补阳还五汤口服加药浴可以使坐骨神经损伤大鼠足部皮肤温度得到明显提高。Objective To investigate the effect of oral administration and medicine bath of Buyanghuanwu decoction on foot skin temperature of sciatic nerve injury in rats.Methods Sixty injured sciatic nerve in Sprague Dawley rats were divided into two groups,thirty rats in each group.The rats in control group received warm bath while those in the experimental group were given oral administration and medicine bath of Buyanghuanwu decoction.The left metaleg temperature were observed before experiment at the 6th day,and 2,4,6 weeks after the start of the experiment.Results The left metaleg temperature was(31.78±0.13),(31.87±0.14),(31.89±0.11),(31.92±0.23)℃ in experiment group and was(31.07±0.11),(31.21±0.13),(31.21±0.11),(31.13±0.14)℃ in control group,respectively at the 6th day,and 2,4,6 weeks after the beginning of the experiment.There were statistic differences of left metaleg temperature at the different time between the two groups(P0.05).Their foot temperature in experimental group were significantly higher than those in control group after the experiment began for 2,4,6 weeks respectively(P0.05).Conclusion Taking oral administration and medicine bath of Buyanghuanwu decoction is contribute to raise the foot temperature of sciatic nerve injury in rats.
