新乡地区儿童幽门螺杆菌感染流行病学调查分析

摘　　要：目的分析新乡地区儿童幽门螺杆菌(HP)感染的流行病学特点。方法回顾2010年6月至2012年6月在新乡医学院第三附属医院消化内科行14C呼气试验检查者共2 003人,分为儿童组和成人组,分别统计HP感染率,比较2组间的差异。结果儿童组HP感染率(53.9%)与成人组(63.9%)比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。随着年龄增大,HP感染率有增高的趋势,儿童年龄越接近成人感染率越高。农村儿童HP感染率明显高于城市儿童;在父母HP感染呈阳性的家庭中的儿童,其HP感染率显著高于父母呈阴性的家庭(P<0.001)。结论新乡地区儿童HP感染仍处于高感染水平,随着年龄增大HP感染有增高趋势,并与个人卫生、生活习惯及家庭居住条件密切相关;改善生活居住条件,教育儿童从小养成良好的饮食和卫生习惯对降低儿童HP感染率有重要作用。Objective To analyze epidemiological characteristics of Helicobacter pylori（HP）infection in children in Xinxiang areas.Methods From June 2010 to June 2012,there were 2 003 cases receiving14C-urea breath tests at Department of Digestive Diseases of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Xinxiang Medical University.All the cases were reviewed and divided into children group and adults group.The rates of HP infection were compared between the two groups.Results The rates of HP infection were 53.9% and 63.9% in children group and adults group,respectively,and there was a statistical significance in the rate of HP infection between the two groups（P0.001）.The rate of HP infection was increasing with children′s age increasing and it was closely to that of adults group as they were growing up.And the rate of HP infection of children in the rural areas was significantly higher than that of children in the city;the rate of HP infection of children with HP infection positive in their parents was higher than that of children with HP infection negative in their parents（P0.001）.Conclusion Children′s HP infection rate is still high in Xinxiang district and it is increasing with age,which is closely associated with individual hygiene,life habits,and living conditions of their families.The improvement of their living habitation and the education of children to develop good habits of diet and hygiene are of significance for dropping the rate of HP infection.
