摘  要:研究了T31固化剂固化环氧树脂的基本配方、固化条件、工艺特性等。并对环氧体系的高温后固化进行了分析,研究了适用于高温后固化的促进剂,发现咪唑对该体系有较好的适用性。实验发现使用E-51环氧树脂100份、T31固化剂30份、促进剂咪唑1.5份、适量偶联剂和填料,按顺序混合均匀,并在常温下固化40 min、90℃下高温后固化2 h,可获得性能良好的浇注件。Basic formula,curing conditions and process characteristics of T31 curing agent for curing epoxy resin were studied.The epoxy system after high temperature curing was analyzed,and the accelerator to be suitable for high temperature curing was studied,it’s found that imidazole has good applicability for the system.The experiment results show that when E51 epoxy resin is 100,T31 curing agent is 30,accelerator imidazole is 1.5,amounts of coupling agent and packing are appropriate,they are mixed in order,after curing for 40 min in room temperature and curing for 2 h at 90 ℃,casting parts with good performance can be obtained.
