摘  要:针对高性能电子多臂控制执行机构国产化过程中,对吸铁摆臂响应时间等关键参数无法定量测定的现状,研制了基于机器视觉的电子多臂摆臂响应时间检测系统。该系统基于机器视觉的非接触式测量方法,采用通用计算机、图像采集卡、数据采集卡及自制测试平台构建虚拟仪器系统,通过自行设计的测控软件实现对电子多臂摆臂响应时间的测定。测试结果表明,该系统可有效地测定电压、气隙、温度等参数改变对摆臂响应时间的影响,从而为电子多臂控制执行机构的国产化研究提供可靠依据。In the localization process of the control actuator of high-performance electronic dobby, the response time of swing arm which is considered as a key parameter cannot be quantitatively tested at present. Therefore, the detection system for response time of electronic dobby arm is designed. The non-contact measurement meth- od based on machine vision is utilized in this system. The system consists of the general-purpose computer, frame gabber, data acquisition card and customized testing platform. Measurement and control software is also designed to realize the functionality of the system. Experimental results indicate that the system can effectively measure the effects on response time of electronic dobby arm with the change of voltage, air gap, temperature and other parameters, and thus a reliable basis for the localization studies and improvements of the control actu- ator of electronic (lobby is provided.
