摘  要:目的:探索出一套行之有效的心理健康教育方案,以提高北京市农村地区居民的身心健康水平。方法:采用随机、标准组群抽样、单纯随机抽样的方法,抽取北京市朝阳区两个乡镇,共275人参与了问卷前后作答及教育过程。结果:(1)参加心理健康教育后干预组的社会健康水平显著提高。(2)干预组内经过心理健康教育后,生理、心理、社会健康得分均显著提高。(3)对照组在心理教育前后生理、心理健康得分显著提高,社会健康、量表总分无显著性差异。(4)通过心理健康教育,干预组的社会健康水平提高的程度显著高于对照组。结论:心理健康教育可以有效提高农村社区居民的社会健康水平,改善居民的身心健康状况,本研究的教育方案值得推广。Objective: To explore a set of effective program of mental health education, in order to mprove the physical and mental health of the residents in rural areas in Beijing, Methods: Using a randomized, standard group sampling, simple random sampling method to extract the two towns in Chaoyang District, Beijing, and 275 people were involved in answering questionnaire in pre-test and post-test and the process of education. Results: (1) After participating in mental health education social health level of the intervention group were significantly improved. (2) For the intervention group, the physical, mental and social health scores were significantly improved after mental health education. (3) For the control group, the physical and mental health score significantly improved after the mental health education, but there was no significant difference in social health and total score. (4 After participating in mental health education, the degree of improvement on social health level of the ntervention group was significantly higher than that of the control group. Conclusion: Mental health education can effectively improve the social health of the residents in rural communities, and improve their physical and mental health. The education program of our study is worth promoting
