摘  要:伴随着技术的发展改进,工业生产已经离不开机床加工,虽然数控车床发展迅速,但是普通车床依旧未被代替,而且在工件加工中起到关键作用。本文基于某大型加工车间普通车床中心架支撑爪经常因磨损严重而废弃,对目前市场上的中心架支撑爪进行调查及组织观察,分析发现目前使用的支撑爪材料为球墨铸铁.将支撑爪材料改为镍硬铸铁,进行耐磨性测试,通过热加工,发现在保证工件不被磨损的前提下,采用镍硬铸铁,将极大提高支撑爪耐磨性能。将镍硬铸铁应用在支撑爪上,不但能降低因磨损更换带来的经济损失,更能保证加工工件的精密性。Along with the improvement of technology development, industrial production has been inseparable from the machining, CNC lathe rapid development, but the traditional lathe still not been replaced by, and to play a key role in the work piece. Ordinary lathe center of a large processing plant frame support claws often be badly worn and abandoned. We do an investigation about the center frame supporting claw on the market, organizational analysis found the support claws material currently used for ductile iron .Change claw material to the Ni-hard cast iron, then do abrasion resistance test, and we found to ensure that the work piece is not to be worn under the premise of using the Ni-hard cast iron, it will greatly enhance the support claw wear resistance. Ni-hard cast iron claw the support, not only to reduce the economic losses caused by replacement due to wear, but also to better ensure the precision of the Axis.
