摘 要:论述了一种基于DSP2812控制平台的双PWM变频调速系统。该系统具有控制灵活、功率因数高、节能环保、谐波污染小等特点。详细阐述了基于电压电流前馈控制和PQ解耦控制的PWM可控整流器设计方案,利用PI调节器组成电压电流双闭环控制系统。逆变器设计采用矢量控制组成转速电流双闭环控制系统。然后基于MATLAB/SIMULINK仿真平台和实际硬件平台,结合系统控制策略分别搭建了双PWM调速系统,并对调压、电机的四象限运行等各种性能进行了比较详细的验证。结果证明了主电路参数选择的正确性和控制策略的可行性。In this paper, a DSP-based dual-PWM variable-speed system was described. It features flexible control, high power factor, easy maintenance and low cost, and is an energy efficient, environmentally friendly product. A PWM rectifier design based on voltage and current feed forward control and PQ decoupling control was presented, and the PI regulator was used to compose a voltage and current double closed-loop control system. In the inverter design, the vector control was used for the speed and current double closed loop control system. Based on MATLAB/SIMUL1NK simulation platform and an actual hardware platform, a dual PWM speed control system was built combined with system control strategy. In addition, the system capabilities such as regulating and four-quadrant operation of the motor, etc. were verified in detail. The results proved that the main circuit parameters were selected correctly and the control strategy practicable.
