摘  要:本试验通过直接滴定法测定PVP-I溶液的有效碘含量、pH计测定溶液pH值,对聚维酮碘(PVP-I)溶液在不同储存温度、光照、浓度等条件下的稳定性进行了研究。结果表明,若在2个月内使用,选择0.5%PVP-I溶液,密封、避光、置于0~4℃储存,其有效碘含量最高下降27.03%;若在5个月内使用,选择1.0%PVP-I溶液,密封、避光、置于0~4℃储存,其有效碘含量最高下降26.66%。此外,溶液浓度越高,pH值越低;储存温度越低,pH值越高。To observe the stability influence of temperature, illumination and concentration on povidone iodine, This study determined the content of available iodine by potentiometric titration with standard Na2S2O3 solution, and pH diversity by pH meter. The result was as follows. If we want to use the povidone iodine within 2 months, 0.5% povidone iodine should be stored air tight under 0-4℃ under this conditions, the content of available iodine descend 27.03% at the most, and if within 5 months, 1.0% povidone iodine should be stored air tight under 0-4℃ the content of available iodine descend 26.66% at the most. In addition, The higher density, the lower pH; the lower temperature, the higher pH. This conservation condition is beneficial to stability of povidone iodine solution.
