摘  要:从土壤中分离到一株粘细菌,通过子实体形态、生理生化试验及16S rDNA同源性序列分析,确定该菌株为橙色粘球菌Myxococcus fulvus X21。研究发现,粘细菌的甲醇粗提物对金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌和稻瘟霉等多种致病菌都有较强的抑制作用,而且在低浓度下(10μg/mL)就能够使稻瘟霉菌丝出现多分枝肿胀等形变。另外对肿瘤细胞也有不同程度的抑制作用,其中对K562的IC50值为11μg/mL,对Mf-7和Hela也表现出较高的抑制活性,IC50值分别为163μg/mL和52μg/mL。According to the fruit body, physiological and biochemical tests and 16 S rDNA homology sequence analysis, a myxobacterial was isolated from soil, the myxobacterial was identified as Myxococcus fulvus X21. Inhibition experiments showed that the crude product of strain X21 had broad-spectrum antimicrobial activity to many target pathogenic strains including staphylococcus aureus, bacillus subtilis, pyricularia oryzae, and in the low concentrations (10μg/L)it could cause the bending and swelling branch deformation of Pyricularia mycelia, also, it has cytotoxie effect on different degrees when treated with tumour cell. Its IC50 value for K562 is 11 μg/mL. It also has inhibitory activity for Mcf-7 and Hela, with IC50 value of 163μg/mL and 52μg/mL respectively.
