除草剂三元混用的增效作用评价及配方控制研究

摘　　要：采用３因素５水平二次通用旋转组合设计和网室微区试验方法，以剂量－杂草生长率和剂量－花生苗期生物产量为目标函数，对除草剂乳氟禾草灵、吡氟氯禾灵及精喹禾灵三元混用进行了增效作用评价及配方控制研究．结果表明，乳氟禾草灵与吡氟氯禾灵、喹禾灵之间有增效作用，前者增效作用大于后者，吡氟氯术灵与精喹禾灵之间为相加作用．三者混用的最佳配方为：乳氟禾草灵１２．０ｇ·ｈｍ^（－２）吡氟氯禾灵１９．５ ｇ· ｈｍ^（－２）＋精喹禾灵２２．６ｇ· ｈｍ^（－２）；最佳配方范围为：乳氟禾草灵７．１４～９．４８ ｇ·ｈｍ^（－２）＋吡氟氯禾灵 １２．７４～１５．９９ ｇ·ｈｍ^（－２）＋精喹禾灵１６．３１～１９．１０ ｇ·ｈｍ^（－２）．同时探讨了除草剂三元混用研究中目标函数的选择、试验方法的选择及最佳配方的最后确定问题．Mathematical models between the dosage of herbicide and weeds growth rate, peanut biologicial were estab- lished by using 3 factors 5 leavels commmonly used in rational regression analysis , design and mini-plot experimental method. The results indicated that there were synegism between lactofen and haloxyfop, lactofen and quilzalofoop.The syngism degree of the former is bigger than that of the latter and there were similar action between lactofen and quizalo- fop-ethy 1. It's concluded that the best dosages of above three herbicids were haloxyfop (7. 14 ~ 9.48) g·hm-2, lactofen (12.74 - 15 .99) g·hm^(-2), quizalofop-ethly(16. 31 - 19. 10) g. hm^(-2). The problems about choosing target function and espermenal method and determining final optimun prescription in combined use of three kinds of herbi- cides were also probed.
