摘　　要：不同于已有《中国语言学史》类著作的写作模式,中国语言学学术思想史的写作思路是把中国语言学史放在中外社会发展和中外学术思想发展的背景下进行撰写。在此视角下可以发现中西方语言学史的发展规律是一样一样的,都经过了哲学孕育时期、语文学时期和语言学时期。Different from a history of Chinese linguistics, the history of Chinese academic thoughts of linguistics should take as the background the world social and academic development. From this perspective we can see Chinese linguistics and the world linguistics share the same rule of development： from the stage of philosophical consideration to philology and to linguistics.
