摘　　要：目的:研究维吾尔药瘤果黑种草子化学成分。方法:采用大孔树脂、聚酰胺和Sephadex LH-20等色谱方法从瘤果黑种草种子中分离纯化得到6个化合物,通过核磁共振等波谱技术及理化性质鉴定了它们的结构。结果:6个化合物分别鉴定为:三棕榈酸甘油酯(1)、2-甲基-5-异丙基对二苯酚(2)、豆甾醇(3)、十六烷酸甘油酯(4)、Nigellidine(5)、黑种草碱(6)。结论:其中,化合物2为新化合物,化合物1和5为首次从该植物中分离得到。Objective：To study the chemical constituents of Nigella glandulifera.Methods：Compounds were isolated and purified from extracts of Nigella glandulifera by extraction and different kinds of column chromatography.Their structures were determined on the basis of the physicochemical properties and spectral analysis.Results：Six compounds were identified as glycerol tripalmtate（1）,2-methyl-5-isopropyl pairphenol（2）,stigmasterol（3）,1-O-hexadecanolenin（4）,nigellidine（5） and nigeglanine（6）.Conclusion：Compounds 1 and 5 are obtained from this plant for the first time,and compound 2 is a new compound.
