摘　　要：精细化管理对改善医患关系、构建和谐工作氛围意义重大。本文从完善规章制度、强化管理理念、强化细节管理3个方面,对军队中小型医院实施精细化管理的具体做法进行了阐述,旨在提高医疗水平、改善服务质量、提升服务能力。Refined Management is of great significance to the reform of doctor-patient relationship,and to a harmonious working environment.The article elaborates the main methods of implementing refined management of small-middle-scale military hospital from three aspects including perfecting regulations and rules,strengthening the management conception,and intensifying the details of,which are aimed at increasing medical level,improving service quality,and enhancing service level.
