摘  要:目的对医院绩效评价体系采用灰色关联分析法进行系统评价,医院的整体竞争力,为管理层指导和制定医院建设发展规划提供信息支持。方法应用灰色关联分析法对多所医院的核心指标和某类指标进行综合评价。结果根据医院关联程度的强弱,对医院的工作绩效进行排序,评价结果与各医院的客观情况及其他绩效评价结果基本一致。结论灰色关联分析在医院绩效综合评价中有实用性,能为管理者提供具体量化的决策依据,是值得推广应用的一种统计方法。Objective Gray relational analysis method was adopted to review the performance evaluation system of hospital systematically,so as to understand the overall competitiveness of hospital,and provide information support for hospital construction and development planning made by managers.Methods Gray relational analysis method was adopted to evaluate certain kind and core indicators in several hospitals synthetically.Results The performance evaluation of hospitals can be sorted by the strength of hospital correlation.The evaluation results are similar to the other result of performance evaluation and hospital objective conditions.Conclusions Gray relational analysis,which had important practical in the hospital performance comprehensive evaluation,could provide qualitative policy-making basis for managers.It's also a statistical method worthy to spread.
