医疗纠纷调处的做法与体会

摘　　要：为有效遏制医疗纠纷上升势头,扎实做好医疗纠纷防范和调处工作。主要做法:从"三个严格"入手,规范医务人员医疗行为;从"三级监管"入手,着力提升医疗服务质量;从规范"三个环节"入手,积极防范化解医疗纠纷。几点体会:以人为本,积极疏导,是做好医疗纠纷调处工作的基础;健全制度,源头控制,是做好医疗纠纷调处工作的根本;畅通渠道,协同配合,是做好医疗纠纷调处工作的关键。对策思考:增强医疗纠纷防范意识;提高医疗纠纷调处能力;加大医疗纠纷处置力度。To effectively curb the upward trend of medical dispute and solidly prevent and handle medical disputes,we mainly take the following approaches： Regulate the medical practices of medical staff through ＂Three Strict＂;Enhance the quality of medical services through ＂Three Supervisions＂;Prevent and handle medical dispute through standardizing ＂Three Links＂.Some experiences are as follows： people-oriented idea and positive persuasion are the basis;Sound system and source control are the foundation;unimpeded channels and synergy advice are the keys.The author also gives some suggestions： Enhancing the awareness of preventing medical dispute;increasing the handling capacity for medical dispute;taking great efforts on the disposal of medical dispute.
