摘　　要：提高医疗质量、保障医疗安全是医院发展永恒的主题,是医院一切工作的基石,决定着医院的前途和命运。本文重点从组织机构建设、思想认识教育、规范医护制度、科学应对纠纷四个方面来提高医疗服务质量,保障医疗安全,为医院安全发展,实现全面跃升奠定坚实的基础。Improving medical quality and ensuring medical security is always the eternal theme of hospital development,the cornerstone of all the hospital work,which influences the hospital future and destiny.The article mainly introduces four aspects to achieve the objective,which includes the construction of organizations,the ideological education,the standard of medical system and scientific coping with medical disputes,so as to realize the overall raise of hospital.
