摘　　要：医疗质量建设和安全管理是医院管理的核心。本文从强化思想教育,规范医疗行为,把握医疗安全文化内涵和加强技术建设四个方面,阐述通过强化质量管理来提升医疗安全的举措。Medical quality construction and security management are the key importance of hospital management.The article introduces the main measures improving medical securities by intensifying medical control,which include strengthening education on ideology,normalizing medical behavior,seizing the connotation of medical security culture,consolidating the building of technique.
