摘　　要：目的为探索解决远离体系医院干休所离休干部看病、诊疗、住院难等问题的途径和方法,对军队远离体系医院干休所离休干部医疗保障现状进行调研、分析,提出相应对策,进一步提高离休干部医疗保障水平。方法采取文献检索、实地调研和数据分析等方法,对2006—2010年的2 459名离休干部卫生事业费,门诊、住院人次、病种、消耗费用情况,大病与特殊项目费用消耗及其构成比的数据进行汇总分析,对离休干部的医疗保障情况、存在的主要问题进行梳理和归纳。结果与结论从离休干部医疗保障的基本情况、存在问题和对策三个方面,提出具体措施和建议。Objective To find the solution of problem that hard to see a doctor and hospitalized for retired cadres far away form hospital in army,we survey the current situation of medical care for retired cadres.And put forward measure to improve the medical treatment level.Methods Take the method of literature search,field research and statistical analysis,we analysis the data of medical fee,out-patient service,hospital service,disease,consumption costs,specific diseases fee and constitute proportion of 2 459 retired cadres from 2006 to 2010.Comb the basic situation and problem of retirees.Result and Conclusion Study the measures and proposals deeply based on the basic situation,problems and countermeasures of medical coordinate for retirees.
