摘　　要：目的探讨高龄老年患者自我安全管理教育的方法和效果。方法通过集体授课、个体指导、发放《老年患者自我安全管理知识图册》等方式,对60例住院离休干部患者入院后、出院前、出院后进行自我安全管理教育。结果调动了患者积极参与及学习自我安全管理方法的主动性,并在日常生活中做到"知、信、行"合一。结论自我安全管理教育能促使高龄老年患者形成并坚持良好的自我安全管理行为,避免或减少意外状况的发生。Objective To discuss the methods and effects of self-safe management education of elderly patients.Methods 60 retired patients were educated both prior to,during and after leaving the hospital using educational methods such as collective education,individual direct teaching through the use of booklets of ＂Knowledge of self-health Management for Elderly Patients＂.Results Patients have displayed increased enthusiasm in their participation and have taken the initiative to study self-health knowledge.In addition,they have adhered to the desired belief of,＂Knowing it,believing it and doing it＂ in their daily life.Conclusion Self-safe management education was helpful to spur the better self-safe management,and avoiding the unexpected.
