摘　　要：健康管理是新兴的健康保障服务模式。本文阐述健康管理的基本内涵及意义,并对健康管理的模式探讨。健康管理从社会、心理、环境、营养、运动的角度进行人群全面的健康保障服务,进而指导人群有效地维护自身的健康。Health management is a new mode of health service.The article explains the general contents and significance of health management,probes the models of health management.Health Management provides overall health support for population from the points of view on society,psychology,environment,nutrition,exercise,which guides people to effectively maintain their own health.
