应用改进Delphi法构建临床Ⅰ类技术评估体系

摘　　要：目的构建临床Ⅰ类技术准入及奖励评估体系。方法文献分析,设计临床Ⅰ类技术准入及奖励评估指标,应用改进Delphi法进行两轮专家问卷咨询和应用,确定评估指标的内容和权重。结果两轮专家积极系数为100%,专家对Ⅰ类技术准入评估总体平均权威程度为0.870,两轮专家协调程度为0.113、0.139;奖励评估总体平均权威程度为0.889,协调程度为0.581、0.603,经Kendall's W检验,P=0.001;建立了规范、量化的临床Ⅰ类技术准入及奖励评估体系。结论体系的建立为临床Ⅰ类技术应用提供了科学依据,有助于规范Ⅰ类技术的管理。Objective To establish the criterion and award evaluation system of class I clinical technique.Methods Based on literature review,a primary admittance and award assessment index of class I clinical technique was put forward,and carried on two round of expert consultations with modified Delphi method and then applied in hospital to set up a scientific assessment system.Results The enthusiasm coefficient of specialists in two round consultations is 100%,the degree of specialists authority of admittance assessment system are 0.870,the coordination coefficient of the specialists＇opinion are 0.113 and 0.139 respectively;The degree of specialists authority of award assessment system was 0.889,the coordination coefficient of the specialists opinion was 0.581 and 0.603 respectively.Tested with Kendall W,the result is highly statistically significant（P=0.001）.Ten indicators which contain three grades of criteria in assessment system were established.Conclusions Evaluation System of Class I clinical technique provided scientific evidences and normalized management for clinical technique.
