摘　　要：为了评估国家基本药物制度试点运行情况,对全国卫生服务调查94个样本点的基层卫生服务机构共4 266名医务人员进行满意度调查,并抽取15个国家基本药物试点地区基层医疗机构进行医务人员访谈。调查显示医务人员的总体反映较为积极,医生对药物的可获得性、质量、价格及制度实施后的影响等情况均有所反映。To assess the progress of the national essential medicines policies, the study surveyed 4 266 medical professionals at primary health care institutions in 94 sample cities of the National Health Services Survey and carried out more specific focus group discussions of medical professionals in 15 sample cities. The results showed that medical professionals took active responses to essential medicines policies in general, and also gave their ideas about availability, quality, price of essential drugs and the impact from the policy implementation.
