摘　　要：通过对陕西省某县医院业务收支和就诊人员的构成分析,测算县医院实行药品零差率销售后业务收入的损失和维持正常运营所需的补助,分析县医院实行药品零差率销售可能面临的问题,并探讨相应的对策。Through analyzing the revenue and expenditure and the patients composition in a county hospital, this study estimated the deficit resulting from zero-markup medicine sales and the amount of subsidy needed for the county hospital, and further discussed related potential problems and its countermeasures.
