摘　　要：为了提升健康体检质量和服务质量,分析了既往健康体检流程中存在的流程繁琐、体检时间过长、领取体检结果环节多等缺陷,探讨了改进后工作流程的优势。由于充分发挥网络技术、改善了体检的空间、加强了工作人员的导医环节,使健康体检工作从预约到体检质量得到了提高。从纸质体检单到与医院LIS和HIS系统的连接,体现了该项工作科学化的管理过程,既提高了工作效率又节省了人力和物力。Abstract To improve medical quality and health service quality, this paper analyzes the defects of physical examination which are verbose process, too long time, too many results links. This paper also discusses the advantages of improved workflow. Physical examination work has improved by good use of network technology, the improved medical space, the guiding services. It realizes the change from paper physical examination records to hospital LIS and HIS system connection. The scientific management process can not only enhance the work efficiency but also save manpower and material resources.
