摘　　要：目的分析某三级甲等医院2011年的患者来源以及构成,以了解该院的患者来源,从而加强医疗工作管理,优化医疗服务结构。方法通过使用统计软件对该医院资料进行统计学处理。并对病人的来源、年龄分布、结算方式等指标构成进行统计分析。结果 1.出院患者来源省内和非哈市主城区的占55.29%;哈市城区内占35.62%,两者之和占总出院人数的90.91%,其余为外省份和无地址出院人数为9.09%;2.出院患者年龄构成:45～59岁、60岁以上的出院患者占总出院患者62.08%。结论通过对医院病人的来源等信息的分析,加强医院管理,以提高医院的服务和质量。Objective To analyze the source and composition of patients in a three level first-class hospital during 2011, and strengthen the management of medical work, optimize medical service structure. Methods Hospital materials are analyzed by statistical software. Analyzing the source, distribution of age and the method of payment. Results 1. The discharged patients in the province and not in harbin city account for 55.29% ; The discharged patients in Harbin city account for 35.62% ; Both account for 90.91% of total number of the discharged patients. The others are outer provinces and no address account for 9.09%. 2. The age composi. tion： the discharged patients more than 45 years old account for 62.08%. Conclusion We can strengthen hospital management, improve hospital service and quality by analyzing the source of the discharged patients,
