摘　　要：目的探讨三氯吡啶醇钠中毒患者周围神经病变及皮肤损害的护理。方法对患者采取药物支持、下肢锻炼、皮肤清洁、日常生活饮食的护理等方法。结果通过综合治疗、针对性的护理,使中毒患者周围神经系统及皮肤损害症状有所改善。结论心理治疗及合理的下肢功能锻炼、皮肤清洁等护理方式是三氯吡啶醇钠中毒患者改善周围神经症状及皮肤症状的有效护理方法。Objective To discuss the nursing care of peripheral neuropathy and skin lesion of patients with Trichloropyridin - 2 - O1 Sodium poisoning. Methods Nursing methods such as drug support, lower limb exercise, skin clean, daily life diet were taken for patients. Results Symptoms that are peripheral neuropathy and skin lesion have improved through comprehensive treatment and corre- sponding nursing. Conclusion Nursing methods such as psychotherapy and reasonable lower limb function exercise, skin clean are effective nursing methods to improve peripheral neuropathy and skin lesion.
