摘  要:研究以聚乙二醇为基质的穴位给药药贴的最佳成型工艺.本穴位贴是由背衬层、隔离层、药膏体、防黏层等组成.药膏体是由药芯和保护层组成.药膏体外层为保护层,通过正交试验,采用综合评分指标(包括黏性,硬度,融化性),考察聚乙二醇1000(A),聚丙烯酸(B),黄嗜树胶粉(C)对成型性的影响;内层药芯主要考察黏附力大小,以促进其达到可揭贴的目的.外层优化工艺为A∶B∶C=20∶3∶2,内层药芯具有较强黏附力.双层贴剂成型好,黏度高,稳定性高.This paper studied on polyethylene glycol based on the best medicine plaster molding process.The acupoint was composed of back lining layer,isolation layer,the ointment body,the antisticking layer.The ointment body outer protective layer,used the comprehensive marking index(including viscosity,hardness,and thaw),orthogonal experiment study of polyethylene glycol 1000(A),acrylic acid(B),yellow thermophilic tree powder(C) on formability effects;the inner layer medicine core mainly inspects the adhesion force,in order to promote the adhesive purpose could be achieved.The optimization of process for A∶ B∶ C = 20∶ 3∶ 2,the inner layer medicine core had strong adhesion force.The conclusion showed that double patch had good formability,high viscosity and high stability.
