摘　　要：简述了石油库油气回收的重要意义,介绍了油气回收方法及油库采用下装鹤管密闭装车方式及吸附法油气回收工艺设计方案,指出了在运用油气回收系统时的注意事项.结果表明石油库应用油气回收技术具有安全、环保、节能、经济等多重功效.This paper briefly described the significance of the oil depots and gas recovery.Brief introduction of conventional oil,gas recovery methods,details of the oil depot using the sealed tube of downloading crane loading and assay oil and gas recovery process design were shown in this paper.The design pointed out the precautions in the use of oil and gas recovery system.The results showed that the oil depot application of oil and gas recovery technology had multiple effects,such as safety,environmental protection,energy saving,economic.
