摘　　要：库存研究中常用的策略并没有提供一种随着需求变化的连续监控方法.基于Kuojung Yuan等提出的一般库存缓冲管理的基本方法,主要针对紧急订货量的确定方法进行了改进.此外,将质量控制理论的方法运用到对需求的监测上,进而根据监测到的需求的变化对库存进行连续监控,从而寻找一种随着需求变化的库存连续监控方法.The inventory policies seldom provide a continuous monitor approach to accompany the change of the demand.Based on the generic buffer management procedure by Kuojung Yuan,this paper provides improvement on the method to calculate the emergency order quantity.Besides,the method of quality control is used to monitor the demand.And this paper tries to find an approach to continuously monitor inventory according to the demand.
