摘　　要：为加强以全科医生为重点的基层医疗卫生队伍建设,安徽省自2010年起对实施农村订单定向医学生免费培养项目进行了有益的实践与探索。该文对其进行了梳理分析,并提出一些意见和建议。The key point of basic medical and health institution construction is the general practitioner. To strengthen the construction, Anhui had explored and practiced in the project of free education of students for specific medical institution in rural area since 2010. Based on the analysis of practice and exploration, this article lists some opinions and suggestions.
