摘　　要：本文介绍了西门子S7-200 SMART PLC、SMART LINE触摸屏以及SINAMICS V20变频器在套标机上的应用,阐述了设备工艺流程、控制系统的配置选型、软件设计和实现的功能。经测试,该方案能完全满足高速套标机的各项技术要求,运行稳定,性能良好。The paper introduced SMART solution, consisting of S7-200 SMART PLC, SMART LINE HMI and SINAMICS V20 inverter, applied in sleeve labeling machine, describing machine process, control system configuration, and software design and realization. The SMART solution can meet all the technical requirements of the high-speed labeling machine, which runs reliably and performs well after testing.
