摘　　要：本文介绍西门子PLC对铸铁机除尘器的控制。布袋除尘器把粉尘从铸铁机产生的烟气分离出来,除尘器清灰通过定时器顺序控制脉冲电磁阀和离线电磁阀的启停:由于除尘器由128个脉冲电磁阀组成,本文采用阵列输出的方式,以减少PLC数字量输出模块的使用。The paper introduces controlling the dust collector of the casting iron machine with the application of Siemens PLC. The bag dust collector separates dust from the gas coming from the casting iron machine. The dust collector cleans dust through the timer controlling the pulse electromagnetic valve and offline electromagnetic valve starting and stopping in order. Because the dust collector is composed of 128 pulse electromagnetic valves, the paper uses output of the array, in order to reduce the use of digital output module.
