摘　　要：文章通过构建调查问卷,利用开放式问卷的方法,在山西大学商务学院开展调查,通过调查所得数据,利用SPSS软件,采用因子分析的方法将初步构建的大学生突发事件预警指标重新进行了归类、命名,并对重新构建的指标结合数据进行重要度分析,进而揭示导致高校突发事件的主要原因.We construct questionnaire through the previous methods. It carries out the investigation in the Business college of Shanxi university by using the method of opening questionnaire. When the investigation comes up with a figure,we reclassifie and rename the initial constructed warning index system for students emergency, and then analyze the importance degree for the reconstructed index by applying the SPSS software and the methods of factor analysis,finally try to find out the main reason leading to the emergency in college.
