摘　　要：EB病毒可在B淋巴细胞中潜伏感染,干扰机体免疫功能,刺激细胞增生和转化,并致癌。EB病毒感染非常普遍,与其相关的疾病有传染性单核细胞增多症、噬血细胞综合征、慢性活动性EB病毒感染、X连锁淋巴组织增生性疾病、鼻咽癌及淋巴瘤等。EB病毒感染最常见及预后最好的疾病是传染性单核细胞增多症。Epstein-Barr virus （EBV） may establish a latent infection of B lymphocytes, interfering with immune regulation, stimulating cell proliferation and transformation and causing cancers. EBV infections are very common. The diseases related to EBV infections are infectious mononucleosis, hemophagocytic syndrome, chronic active EBV infection, X-linked lymph proliferative disease, nasopharyngeal carcinoma and lymphoma etc. Infectious mononucleosis is the most frequent clinical type related to EBV infection, with best prognosis.
