摘　　要：〔目的与方法〕以 ICP- AES法测定全血中的顺铂、卡铂浓度。采用干法灰化处理全血 ,硝酸、高氯酸湿法处理血清 ,〔结果〕方法对铂的检出限为 0 .0 36 μg/ m l,相对标准偏差全血为 4.2 6 % ,血清为 3.6 6 % ,回收率在 92 .4%～ 10 2 .7%之间 ,〔结论〕方法快速、灵活、准确 ,可满足医学检测的要求。睴bjective and methods〕 This article introduce the method to determine the cisplatin or carboplatin with ICP-AES,thorough pretreating whole blood into ashes and dissoving the salt by hydrochloric acid,or digesting the serum by nitric acid and perchloric acid.〔Results〕 The detection limit of Pt is 0.036μg/ml,The relative standard deviation is 4.26% for whole blood and 3.66% for serum and the recovery rate is 92.4%～102.7%.〔Conclusions〕 This method is fast,feasible and exacting,which can meet the demand for medical inspection.
