小切口加埋线重睑术的临床应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨小切口加埋线重睑术的临床应用。方法:首先设计重睑线,局麻成功后,在瞳孔正上方处的重睑线做一长约8mm切口,掏剪重睑线下方的1～2条眼轮匝肌,去除适量眶脂,对切口两侧重睑线进行间断埋线,最后缝合切口。结果:采用该术式进行重睑术128例,124例术区无明显青紫、肿胀,恢复良好,2例各1侧术后出现重睑线皮下异物性结节,经2个月后吸收;2例双侧术区出现肿胀明显,予消炎、止血治疗后肿胀消退。术后随访6个月～1年,手术切口瘢痕不明显,全部重睑稳定,效果满意。结论:小切口加埋线重睑术创伤小,恢复快,重睑效果自然、持久,是一种值得推广的手术方式。Objective To explore the clinical application of one tiny incision combined with buried suture method in double eyelid plasty. Methods The double eyelid lines should be designed first. When local anesthesia worked, a incision about 8mm was made just above the eye pupil along the line designed.We snipped 1or 2 orbicularis muscle, moved the right amount of orbital septum fat, buried sutures discontinuously at the two sides of the incision along the double eyelid line and finally sutured the incision. Results 128 cases accepted this operation, 124 cases recoverd well without obvious bruising and swelling. One side of 2 cases had subcutaneous foreign body nodules and absorbed naturally after 2 months. Both sides of 2 cases swelled on the surgery area and it disappeared with anti-inflammatory and hemostatic trearment. All cases were followed up from 6 months to 1 year.The double eyelids were permanent without obvious scar and the results were satisfied. Conclusion This method should be recommended for the advantage of minor damage, quick recovery,permanent and natural double eyelid.
