摘　　要：目的:探索photoshop软件在黄褐斑疗效评价中应用的可行性。方法:对黄褐斑患者治疗前和治疗后进行拍照,使用photoshop cs5软件对治疗前后照片进行分析,通过感兴趣区域直方图平均RGB值及像素值计算皮损颜色和面积改变率。结果:photoshop软件可准确地计算出色斑面积消退率和色斑颜色减退率,得到了客观准确的评价结果。结论:photoshop软件可用于黄褐斑疗效的准确、客观评价。Objective To explore the feasibility of the application of photoshop software in the therapeutic evaluating of chloasma. Methods Obtain the pictures of the chloasma patient before and after treatment,then calculate color and area change rate of the region of interst by histogram average RGB values and pixel values. Results The lesion area regression rate and color decline rate were accurately calculated,resulting in accurate and objective evaluation of efficacy. Conclusion Photoshop can be used as an objective method for evaluating the therapeutic effect of chloasma.
