粤港地区原发性高血压阴阳两虚证影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解粤港地区原发性高血压(EH)阴阳两虚证形成的可能影响因素。方法收集91例粤港地区原发性高血压阴阳两虚证患者的调查资料,用Logisic回归法分析阴阳两虚证的发生与年龄段、性别、体型、血压分级、病程年段、合并心血管疾病、合并代谢性疾病、家族史、高盐饮食、过量饮酒、老火汤、凉茶、吸烟、运动、服药等36项因素的相关性。结果在各影响因素中,高血压分级、病程、过量饮酒、运动及服药对原发性高血压阴阳两虚证形成的影响具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血压分级、病程、过量饮酒、运动及服药可能是促进粤港地区原发性高血压阴阳两虚证形成的影响因素。Objective To explore the influential factors for Yin Yang Liang Xu syndrome of essential hypertension in KwangTung and Hong Kong Region. Methods According to investigation datas of patients with Yin Yang Liang Xu syndrome of essential hypertension in KwangTung and Hong Kong region, the relationship of Yin Yang Liang Xu syndrome with 36 parameters including age segments, sex,body types,blood pressure grades,disease courses, complicating with angiocardiopathy, complicating with metabolic disease, family history, high salt diet, excessive wine drink, Chinese double-stewed soup, herb tea, smoke, sport and medication were analyzed by logistic regression analysis. Results Among the influential factors, logistic regression analysis indicated that blood pressure grade, disease courses, excessive drinking, exercize, medication have a statistically significant impact for the development of Yin Yang Liang Xu syndrome of essential hypertension. Conclusion Blood pressure grade, disease courses, excessive drinking, exercize and medication may be possible influential factors for Yin Yang Liang Xu syndrome of essential hypertension in KwangTung and Hong Kong Region.
