摘　　要：目的调查住院患者医院感染的现况,为制定医院感染监控措施提供依据。方法采用床边检查和病历检查相结合的方法,对当日所有的住院患者进行调查。结果当天医院感染现患率为4.50%,例次感染现患率为4.80%;感染率最高的科室为ICU,高达45.5%;在各感染部位中,下呼吸道感染所占比例最大,为67.1%;全院抗菌药物使用率为38.6%,使用率最高的科室为ICU,达到100%。结论应加强对重症监护病房的医院感染管理,加强呼吸机相关性肺炎的监测及抗菌药物合理应用的管理。Objective To investigate the present situation of nosocomial infection, in order to provide scientific data for laying down measures for surveillance and control of nosocomial infection. Methods Questionnaire type of survey was performed at the time when the patients was admitted.Both bed-side clinical examination and the patient＇s medical records were studied. Results The nosocomial infection rate at that day was 4.50%; overall infection rate was 4.80% ; 45.5% of patients in the ICU had the infection. Lower respiratory tract was the most common,site of infection （67.1%）. The application rate of antibiotics was 38.6%, while ICU had the highest application rate（100%） of antibiotics. Condusion The management of nosoeomial infection in ICU should be strengthen, especially the monitoring of the ventilator associated pneumonia and the rational utilization of antibiotics.
