摘  要:目的了解重庆市消除碘缺乏病阶段目标后不同人群碘营养状况,为进一步调整食盐加碘浓度提供科学依据。方法 2011年在重庆市采用人口比例概率抽样法抽取30个监测点,每点抽取1所小学8~10岁儿童40名,调查儿童盐碘、尿碘、日均摄食盐量以及孕妇和哺乳期妇女尿碘。尿碘采用砷铈催化分光光度方法(WS/T107-2006)测定,盐碘采用直接滴定法(GB/T13025.7-1999),摄入食盐量采用3日称量法进行测算。结果共调查食用盐1322份,碘含量中位数为29.90mg/kg,碘盐覆盖率、碘盐合格率、合格碘盐食用率分别为99.62%、96.67%、97.04%。调查367户,居民每天摄入食盐量为8.4g。共调查8~10岁儿童、孕妇、哺乳妇女分别为1322名、462名、451名,尿碘中位数分别为254.1μg/L、223.9μg/L、219.6μg/L,<100μg/L比例分别占9.68%、12.86%、14.07%,300μg/L以上比例分别占36.38%、32.59%、31.82%;儿童、孕妇、哺乳妇女尿碘中位数比较差异有统计学意义(H=15.78,P<0.01)。结论总体上重庆市不同人群碘营养充足,但同时存在碘不足和碘过量现象。Objective To understand the status of iodine nutrition among different populations in Chongqing so as to provide scientific evidences for putting in practice of salt iodization. Methods Probability sampling method was used to select 30 counties in Chongqing in 2011. 40 children aged 8 to 10 of 1 school were selected from every investigated county. For children aged 8 to 10, urinary iodine, salt iodine and salt intake per day were detected. For pregnant and lactating women, urinary iodine was tested. The urinary iodine was tested by Ce arsenic acid digestion. Salt iodine was tested by direct drop methods. Salt intake was tested by 3-day weighing method. Results 1 322 salt samples at household level were investigated and the median of iodine was 29.90 mg/kg. Coverage rate of iodized salt, rate of qualified iodized salt, and the in taking rate of qualified iodized salt were 99.62%, 96.67% and 97.04%, respectively. Salt intake was 8.4 g for person per day. The median levels of urine iodine of children, pregnant and lactating women were 254.1 p^g/L, 223.9 I^g/L and 219.6 tzg/L, respectively, while the urine iodine levels lower than 100 I^g/L among these groups were 9.68%, 12.86% and 14.07% ,respectively,and urine iodine the levels above 300 Izg/L among these groups were 36.38%, 32.59% and 31.82% ,respectively. There were significant differences for the median levels of urine iodine among different populations (H=15.78,P〈0.01). Conclusion The iodine nutrition among different populations in average was sufficient in Chongqing. However, there was shortage and overdose of iodine for part of the population in Chongqing.
