惠州地区慢性前列腺炎流行病学调查

摘　　要：目的探讨本地区慢性前列腺炎患者的流行病学情况。方法选择2532例慢性前列腺炎患者进行流行病学研究,收集相关信息,判断危险因素。结果 2532例慢性前列腺炎患者疼痛症状评分>4分者1725例,疼痛症状评分>8分者807例;勃起功能国际问卷得分为22～25分者837例,12～21分者1135例,8～11分者428例,5～7分者132例;生活质量问卷为好者582例,多数满意者751例,多数不满意者737例,很痛苦者462例。相关因素中久坐习惯、憋尿习惯、生活或工作中经常感巨大压力、频繁手淫、寒冷的工作环境等可能是前列腺炎样症状发生的危险因素。结论本地区人群中前列腺炎样症状常见,一些内在因素和环境因素可能是前列腺炎样症状发生的危险因素,指导患者改变不良生活习惯,避免相关危险因素,有利于预防和减少前列腺炎发作。Objective To investigate the epidemiological features of chronic prostatitis in Huizhou area. Methods 2 532 patients with chronic prostatitis were chosen in this study. Prostatitis related information, such as pain score,erectile condition and life quality,were collected and epidemiological survey was conducted. Results There were 1 725 cases with a pain score more than 4 points and 807 cases with a pain score more than 8 points.Based on the International Index of Erectile Function（IIEF） questionnaire results, 837 cases had a score of 22-25 points,1 135 cases had 12-21 points, 428 cases had 8-11 points,and 132 cases had 5-7 points. 582 cases showed an excellent life quality according to the results of Quality of Life Questionnaire.751 patients were satisfied with their lives,while 737 cases were unsatisfied. 462 patients felt even anguished. The sedentary habits, holding back urine habits, living or working pressure ,frequent masturbation,and cold working environment may be the risk factors for prostatitis-like symptoms. Conclusions The prostatitis-like symptoms are common,both the internal and environmental factors might be the potential risk factors for prostatitis-like symptoms.Guiding patients to change their unhealthy habits is helpful in the prevention and reduction of chronic prostatitis.
