摘　　要：开放式借阅是图书馆创新服务体系的发展方向,从塔里木大学图书馆工作的实际出发,根据已有的服务优势,深刻探讨了开放式借阅体系下读者服务工作的不足,并对所采取的措施进行思考,探讨完善和创新图书馆服务工作。Open borrow and reading is the development direction of innovation service system in library,and base on the reality of the Tarim University Library,according to the existing service advantages,the lack of readers work in the open borrowing system was discussed,and some measures were proposed.The improvement and innovation of library services were discussed.
