慈溪市流动妇女基本医疗保健服务调查与对策

摘　　要：目的了解流动人口妇女基本医疗保健服务利用的现状及存在的问题,提出改进流动妇女医疗保健服务的政策建议。方法对居住在浙江省慈溪市境内的3000名流动妇女进行抽样调查,对流动妇女基本医疗保健状况的相关资料进行分析。结果流动妇女健康教育率为9.73%、健康体检率为10.40%、婚前医学检查率为6.45%、产前检查率为90.63%,早孕检查率为46.35%,产前检查5次及以上的占41.15%,产后访视率为32.29%,2周患病率为11.13%。结论应加大财政投入力度,强化流动妇女基本医疗保健服务管理,加强健康教育,提高流动名口医疗保障水平和自我保健意识。Objective To explore the current status and problems on basic medical care service of migrant women, and to put forward some suggestions. Methods 3000 migrant women in Zhejiang Cixi were surveyed with sampling method,above data were analyzed. Results Among the migrant women,the rate of receiving health education was 9.73%,the rate of receiving health examination was 10.40%,the rate of premarital medical check up for them was 6.45%,the antenatal examination rate was 90.63%,the examination rate of early pregnancy was 46.35%,the times of antenatal examination more than 5 and over accounted for 41.15%, postpartum interview accounted for 32.29%,the proportion of being illnesses within two weeks was 11.13%. Conclusion We should increase financial investment,strengthen the basic medical care service of migrant women,enhance health education for them,improve medical insurance system and self-health care awareness.
