强的松、巯甲丙脯酸联合治疗小儿肾病综合征效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨强的松、巯甲丙脯酸联合治疗小儿肾病综合征的疗效及临床意义。方法选择符合标准的患有小儿肾病综合征的62例患者，随机分为对照组和治疗组，对照组进行常规治疗即采用强的松进行治疗，治疗组在对照组的基础上采用巯甲丙脯酸进行治疗，以15d为1个疗程，治疗8～12个疗程，观察两组的治疗效果，并检测两组患者治疗前后的24h尿蛋白、血清白蛋白、血清胆固醇及甘油三酯的含量变化。结果治疗组的完全缓解情况（64．5％）和总有效率（89．3％）明显优于对照组的完全缓解情况（45．2％）和总有效率（74．2％），并且尿蛋白转阴时间、控制感染时间、血清白蛋白、甘油三酯的含量明显低于对照组，血清胆固醇的含量明显高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论强的松、巯甲丙脯酸联合治疗小儿肾病综合征具有确切的临床疗效。Objective To investigate the efficacy and clinical significance on combination therapy of prednisone,captopril in children with nephrotic syndrome. Methods 62 patients suffering from nephrotic syndrome in children that meet the standard were selected and were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group. The control group was treated with prednisone for conventional treatment,and the treatment group was treated with captopril for 8-12 course of treatment （a course was 15 days） on the basis of the control group. Content changes of urinary protein,serum albumin,serum cholesterol and triglycerides in a day were detective before and after treatment,and the therapeutic efficacy of the two groups was observed. Results Complete remission of the treatment group（64.5%） and total efficiency （89.3%） was significantly better than the control group. Complete remission of the control group was 45.2% and total efficiency was 74.2%. Urinary protein clearance time,infection control,serum albumin and triglyceride levels of the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group,and content of serum cholesterol was significantly higher than that in the control group, which showed a statistically significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Prednisone,captopril combined treatment of children with nephrotic syndrome has Droven efficacv.
