补脾益气温阳方治疗糖尿病肾病的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨补脾益气温阳方治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法 86例DN患者分为治疗组和对照组,对照组采用西医常规治疗,并根据病情使用降糖药,在此基础上,治疗组加用补脾益气温阳方,观察两组临床疗效及治疗前后24h尿蛋白、血尿素氮、血肌酐、糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖的差异。结果治疗组总有效率为90.70%,对照组总有效率为69.77%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。两组治疗后24h尿蛋白、血尿素氮、血肌酐、糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖较治疗前明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间治疗后比较,治疗组24h尿蛋白改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论补脾益气温阳方治疗DN临床疗效确切,值得临床推广应用。Objective To study the clinical effects of Bupi Yiqi Wenyang Formula on treating Diabetes Nephrosis. Methods 86 diabetes nephrosis patient were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,the control group used the conventional western medicine treatment,and hypoglycemic agents was used according to the disease,on that basis,the treatment group was given Bupi Yiqi Wenyang Formulat.To observe the efficacy and the difference in two groups of 24-hour urine protein,blood urea nitrogen,serum creatinine,glycosylated hemoglobin, fasting blood-glucose before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.70%,the control group was 69.77%,the effect of treatment group was superior than that of control group（P 〈 0.01）,after treatment of two groups,the 24-hour urine protein,blood urea nitrogen,serum creatinine, glycosylated hemoglobin, fasting blood-glucose decreased significantly compared with pre-treat-ment（P 〈 0.05）,compared between groups after treatment, the improvement of 24 h urine protein of the treatment group was superior to control group（P 〈 O.Ofi）. Conclusion The Bupi Yiqi Wenyang Formula had obvious effect on Diabetes Nephrosis,it＇s worthy of clinic application.
