彩色多普勒超声对乳腺良恶性肿块的诊断分析

摘　　要：目的通过观察医院收治的乳腺肿块患者临床治疗与诊断资料，分析采用彩色多普勒超声对该疾病患者的良恶性肿块进行临床诊断产生的效果。方法对2011年1月-2012年10月收治发62例乳腺肿块患者的临床诊断报告进行回顾性分析。结果62例患者（共75处病灶）经超声诊断为恶性肿块共43处，而术后病理诊断为恶性肿块共46处，超声诊断准确率为93．48％。恶性和良性超声图像在形态、内回声和外回声的各项数据差异均具有统计学意义，且恶性肿块的血流检测在阻力指数、峰值流速和血流检出率的各项数据均高于良性肿块（P〈0．05）。结论采用彩色多普勒超声对乳腺肿块患者进行良恶性肿块的诊断，具有较高的诊断正确率，区分鉴别良恶性肿块的临床效果十分显著，具有较高的临床诊断价值，值得临床上进一步推广应用。Objective To observe the diagnostic analysis of color doppler ultrasound in benign and malignancy tumor of mammary gland,through studying the diagnostic clinical material of the patients with Breast lumps cured in our hospital. Methods Retrospectively studied the clinical diagnosis repors of patents with breast lumps cured in our hospital from January 2011 to October 2012. Results 43 places were diagnosed as malignant tumor and after the operation 46 places were diagnosed as malignant tumor.Altogether the patients were 62（75 lesions）,so the diagnosis accuracy rate was 93.48%.And ultrasonic images of benign and malignancy tumor were different in form,Echo-in and echo.Blood flow detection of malignant tumor was higher than benign tumor in resistance index,peak velocity and blood flow detection rate. Conclusion Color doppler ultrasound used in benign and malignancy tumor of mammary gland has high Diagnosis accuracy rate.h can distinguish the benign and malignancy tumor significantly and has a high clinical diagnostic value,rewarding promoting application.
