摘　　要：目的探讨颅咽管瘤患者围手术期的观察与护理。方法对本组23例颅咽管瘤患者进行充分的术前准备和完善术后护理,特别是针对术后较易出现的并发症采取行之有效的护理措施,确保患者早日康复。结果本组23例患者术后并发脑出血1例、尿崩7例,垂体功能低下6例、电解质紊乱12例,体温失调6例。经过处理,电解质紊乱和体温失调完全纠正,5例尿崩症痊愈,2例缓解,1例出血患者经积极开颅手术止血后痊愈,6例垂体功能低下者经激素替代治疗后症状减轻或消失。2例发生癫痫,经用抗癫痫治疗后好转。结论此肿瘤全切术的难度较大,且术后并发症较多,因此及早采取有效的预防和护理治疗措施是提高手术成功率,促进患者早日康复的重要保障。Objective To explore investigating perioperative observation and nursing on craniopharyngioma patients. Methods 23 cases of craniopharyngioma patients were fully prepared before preparation, especially to take effective nursing measures for postoperative complications of the easy emergence, to ensure an early recovery of patients. Results In the 23 patients, 1 cases with cerebral hemorrhage,7 cases with diabetes insipidus,6 cases of pituitary hypofunction, 12 cases of hypopituitarism disorder of electrolyte were complicated with postoperative.After treatment, electrolyte disorder and body temperature imbalance was completely corrected, 5 cases of diabetes insipidus were cured, relieved in 2 cases, cured with positive surgical operation after hemostasis in patients with bleeding in 1 cases,6 cases of hypopituitarism after hormone replacement therapy. Conclusion Total tumor resection is more difficult, more complications and postoperative, therefore the early prevention and nursing is effective treatment.
