人用狂犬病疫苗接种卡的设计

摘　　要：目的做好人用狂犬病疫苗受种者的预防工作。方法结合人用狂犬病疫苗接种程序特点与Excel电子表格综合处理软件功能,创建公式,生成疫苗接种的时间序列。启动Excel,创建、保存文件Rabiesvaccines.xls;在相应的单元格分别输入"人用狂犬病疫苗接种卡";"姓名、性别和年龄";"接种针次和1、2、3","程序(天)和0、7、21","接种剂量和2支、1支、1支";"预计接种日期","=B7+7","=B7+21";"实际接种日期、接种人员签名和接种单位名称","某某预防接种门诊";调整表格。结果打印出来的接种卡字迹清晰,准确率达到100%。结论该卡设计原理简单、清析,时间序列实现了数据的自动生成,提高了工作效率和工作质量。Objective To do a good job of rabies vaccine for human use by the persons in the prevention oi rabies. Methods With rabies vaccination program features and Excel spreadsheet processing software function combined,a formulas was created to generate vaccination time sequence. Excel started,a file was created and named Rabiesvaccines.xls;ln the corresponding cells were respectively input with＂rabies vaccination card＂;＂name,gender and age＂;＂ the inoculating needle and 1,2,3＂,＂program （day） and 0,7,21＂,＂Injection dose and 2,1,1＂;＂expected dates of v accination＂;＂=B7＋7＂,＂=B7＋21＂,＂the actual date of vaccination,signature of inoculation and vaccination staff, name of vaccination unit＂and＂such-and-such vaccination clinic＂. The table was adjusted. Results With the immunization card printed out,the writing on the card was clear,and the accurate rate reached 100%. Conclusion The card design principle was simple and clear. The automatic generation of data on vaccination time sequence realized,the work efficiency and the work quality were improved.
